License terms for all RollBerry Studios products.

MapBerry, BardBerry, QuestBerry

MapBerry, BardBerry, and QuestBerry are provided free of charge for use on your own devices.

  • The software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, resold, or distributed as part of another product
  • All rights remain with RollBerry Studios
  • Software is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY

RollBerry – Beta License

RollBerry is distributed as beta software via Lemon Squeezy with a license key.

Scope: The beta license applies if you activated RollBerry with a beta license key.

  • Price: €0 (free during the beta period)
  • Validity: 90 days from license key activation
  • Purpose: Testing and feedback only – this is pre-release software and may contain bugs
  • License grant: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable – for personal, non-commercial testing purposes only
  • Restrictions: No redistribution, no reverse engineering, no commercial use, no modification
  • Data collection: During the beta period, anonymized usage data and crash reports are collected to improve the software. Personal files, campaign content, and local databases are never transmitted
  • Feedback: You are encouraged to provide feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant RollBerry Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback
  • Expiration: After 90 days, the license expires automatically. You can then upgrade to a full license or delete the software
  • Disclaimer: Beta software is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY. RollBerry Studios is not liable for data loss, corruption, or other damages

RollBerry – Full License

RollBerry is distributed as full software via Lemon Squeezy with a license key.

Scope: The full license applies if you activated RollBerry with a full license key.

  • License grant: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable – for personal use
  • Installation: On machines you own or control
  • Restrictions: No redistribution, no reverse engineering, no commercial use, no modification
  • Intellectual property: All rights remain with RollBerry Studios
  • Disclaimer: Software is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY
