MapBerry, BardBerry, and QuestBerry are provided free of charge for use on your own devices.

• The software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, resold, or distributed as part of another product.
• All rights remain with RollBerry Studios.
• The software is provided without warranty.

RollBerry is in a closed beta and is not currently distributed publicly.

Scope: The closed beta license applies to selected testers who have been expressly granted access by RollBerry Studios.

• Access: Exclusively within the closed beta; there is no entitlement to participation or permanent access.
• Purpose: Testing and feedback only – this is pre-release software and may contain bugs.
• License grant: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable – for personal, non-commercial testing purposes only.
• Restrictions: No redistribution, no reverse engineering, no commercial use, no modification.
• Data collection: RollBerry does not collect or transmit usage, telemetry, or crash data. Files, campaign content, and local databases remain on your device.
• Feedback: Feedback is voluntary and is only transmitted through contact channels you actively use. By submitting feedback, you grant RollBerry Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback.
• Disclaimer: Beta software is provided without warranty. RollBerry Studios is not liable for data loss, corruption, or other damages.

RollBerry is distributed as full software with a license key.

Scope: The full license applies if you activated RollBerry with a full license key.

• Installation: On machines you own or control.
