About

I am Philip, founder of RollBerry Studios.

I build RollBerry because I wanted practical, local and understandable tools at the table - without mandatory accounts, forced cloud workflows or tech that gets in front of the group.

My story

I entered fantasy TTRPGs and tabletop roleplaying games as a player. At first it was simply about sharing adventures at the table, trying characters, rolling dice and letting good stories happen.

Over time I moved more and more into the role of game master. That made it very clear how much preparation, organization and improvisation sits behind a good session.

Why RollBerry exists

Many existing tools were useful, but none of them quite fit my style of play. Some were too large, some were built mainly for online play, and others needed accounts, cloud services or subscriptions.

I wanted something that felt closer to my own table: local, direct, controllable and without unnecessary barriers. RollBerry grew from that wish.

What RollBerry should do differently

RollBerry Studios builds local tools for game masters who want digital support without losing the shared table as the center of play.

The focus is on simple, practical tools: showing maps, preparing fog of war, controlling music and sound effects, organizing campaign knowledge, finding rules faster and eventually building a complete local Virtual Tabletop.

Support RollBerry

RollBerry is an independent indie project and grows step by step alongside development, testing and real game sessions.

If you like the idea, you can buy me a coffee or support RollBerry through the merch shop. That helps with running costs, test devices, code signing, hosting and continued development.
